Manga or anime about noise? Empty Manga or anime about noise?

Given that there seem to be manga about pretty much anything in Japan I cant understand why I haven't been able to find anything about noise. Nothing about famous acts or the scene or anything. Does anyone know of manga or anime that in some way relates to noise?
