Re: I hate randomness.
I did two versions, both of which are pretty unmemorable... might post the earlier one.
Re: I hate randomness.
This fly kept buzzing around my head over and over, and was driving me insane. Awhile ago I somehow managed to catch it alive, out of midair. Then I fed it to one of my chihuahuas. That was so satisfying.

I'll be in your neck of the woods today, 10564, or near it at least. I'll keep a demo tape with me on the off-chance...
Re: I hate randomness.
Well, I didn't see Durik (didn't think I would, haha), but I discovered a fucking awesome record store. True metal & punk place, and they had *jizzgasm* harsh noise tapes! Got three obscure looking ones I'm still trying to decipher and had a nice chat with the guy behind the counter. Gave him a copy of my WDIEB demo tape and he obviously knew his shit since he was talking about Cock ESP and Zola Jesus and the like. Of course, my tape is nowhere near that kind of quality, though after a chat with the guy I'm more confident that he wasn't going to expect "noise" as in John Cage or Anal Cunt and toss the thing away immediately upon hearing it. I think he's probably the first person who's ever seen my real face and project name outside of close friends.
Rest of my day has been great.

You ever been, Durik? Didn't see all I should have, but I can only hope their harsh noise slesction isn't limited to the tapes when you first walk in. And if it is, fuck, there's a treasure trove of other good shit there. WIsh I had a job so I could've had more money at the time, lol.

durrhurr you should've looked in the coldstone across the street, as that is where I work. I leave tapes and CDs of mine at earwax all the time. The guy who runs it is always at the punk shows I go to XD
If you ask him, he'll sell/give away your stuff (tapes, CDs, shirts, patches, stickers, etc) and spread the word on a concert you want people to know of. He's a really cool guy.

Yeah, I was really glad to find the place. I knew you worked at an ice cream shop but I didn't know which one (last time I checked there's a fucking thousand of them in Madison, just like bike stores) and when I came to this metal store, with a rack of noise and death tapes on the wall, and a guy who actually knew what harsh noise was and enjoyed it... rest assured, I'll hold onto a copy for you, I fucking promise. If not, I'll just burn you one or upload it.
Any chance you saw me? I was the unnatractive piece of shit with glasses and a near-bowl haircut, riding in matching bikes with my mother in a blue shirt. Not the best descrip, I know :/ We went everywhere and I kept my eyes out for an icecream place, but shit happened obviously.
I'll have to [get a job and then] go back to that place again. I was really tempted to buy a record he had playing in the store, somehting like "Ass Piss" was the band name, but it would've broken in fucking half riding back. Hell, if I had the money I'd probably clear out his whole fucking tape stash minus the Anthrax albums. Didn't even get a chance to see all the shirts either, not that I could wear one in this heat haha.
Oh, and when I shot the shit with him I said I knew you and a handful of others were pretty much the only WI noise artists (though I had no idea Burial Hex was). To the best of my knowledge, I told him, you didn't have any physical releases. Did you make some tapes or do you mean you traded in shit?

Groovy.
Why the hate for Burial Hex? His "horror electronics" aren't that bad, haha. Or maybe its like me and gordon or RJ?
