Spirited Away -
At least give this one a chance. I personally think it's not asamazing as weveryone says it is but it's still a great film.

Sonic Animated Movie -
Mostly just for obscure interest. One of those one-shot animes with new characters, weird dialogue and a plot that's eventually meaningless. I'm still trying to figure that all out.

Akira -
...However I strongly, STRONGLY reccommend reading the manga first. The animated version is an almost insulting hackjob of the original series, however the animation itself was quite good for the time.

I could probably reccommend better anime than I could anime movies.

I've loved the Akira movie since I first saw it about 14 years ago, but still haven't got around to checking out much of the manga. Guess it's about time I should. =X
